After so many years in the business, you’d think we had distilled a few lessons from all our experience. And so we have. These lessons form the core of how we do business, which is to put the investor first. In an industry that can be very impersonal, we strive to make every aspect of it very personal.

• Longevity. Our first real estate investor – from 40 years ago – is still an investor today. We always strive to build profitable real estate portfolios and long-lasting relationships

• Stability. From the careful property selection, to the professional management of those properties and the service we provide investors, our combined efforts focus on providing a more stable and reliable investment experience
• Quality. Using our extensive resources and expertise, we remain very selective about the properties we invest in, because they are the properties our investors invest in. We may research 1,000 properties each year, but only one percent makes the Eliason grade
